Courteous people. About an HR. And half to mount and balance 4 tires and rotate 4 tires. About average timing compared to other places. Seemed knowledgeable.

Was needing a new tire for my car which I already had off should take no more than 15 mins to do. After half hour of waiting and seeing my car wasn't in the shop yet I ended up leaving with the donut still on cuz there was three mechanics on one car, which was the only car in the shop. I'm not going waste anymore of my time on people that don't want to work.

What a joke! Do not ever take your vehicle here unless you have a whole lot of time to kill. Three people working. Two employees working on one vehicle to change four tires. Sat there for an hour and they didn't even get my car in there yet. I was the only other person waiting. There was one other employee that was just standing around. I finally left after an hour.Service: Oil change

Quick service at good prices if you arrive early AM. Your can do some shopping while your car is serviced. Usually get my oil changed and tires rotated all in one stop.

Horrible service. And a few horrible employees. You could hear them from inside the store where you purchase the tires cussing and throwing little temper tantrums. I won't be returning. Right away after i brought my car here for tires there was issues. I needed 4 tires. And there system said that they had 4 but really they only had 2. Well that's fine. I thought id just get 2. They told me about a 45 minute wait. And then a few other customers came snf you could hear the employees starting to get angry with how many customers. Mind you there were only 3 customers and about 6 workers. 1 of which was actually working. Well 3 hours later I get a call saying that had a question about my car. I get back there and they say they cant lift my car due to a rust spot not even close to the lift point. Its northern ia. Theres not a car more than 5 years old with zero rust. The employee claims its company policy that they cant lift any vehicles with rust present anywhere on the vehicle. I went to walmart in spencer and they agreed that the rust didnt affect them and that they would be able to lift it no problem. They just didnt have tires in stock the size I needed. The spirit lake walmart tire and lube is a horrible place to bring your vehicle for any service.

Haven't been in a long time because of a pretty major issue I had once that I do realize was years ago with people who most likely don't work there anymore but I don't care, walmart gets enough of my money already and more often then not the guys working there aren't actually mechanics with any sort of actual training in the field so when I am not able to do the work I need myself and I do actually need a mechanic I go to a real one with some sort of diploma. If I'm being honest tho Its pretty uncommon for me to have a car last long enough to require new tires or even an oil change and the ones that have made it long enough and been a type of car I actually like ill change my own oil and filters if I can and have been very lucky finding tires and such at places like facebook marketplace and know a guy with professional grade equipment setup properly in the bed of truck to, among other things, put a tire on a rim and do it anywhere. It has been extremely rare of me to fix any major car issues ever as I usually don't buy cars nice enough or cool enough that I like enough to not just sell it and buy a different vehicle. I actually sold a car once just to avoid having to change the oil hahahaha

Drove from another town for my husbands car to be dropped off at a dealership for service, my tires where bad as it was but it was snowing out and I was sliding so much I didn’t feel comfortable driving home without just changing out the tires. Thought wall mart is as good as any esp with the Black Friday sales. They got my car in quick but as an employee was pulling my car out WITH A SPOTTER and semi had been backing up and close to the garage...he floored it backing out and almost hit the moving semi. Husband witnessed the whole thing, guy caught it quick and pulled back in but to us it looked like back end was hit. It wasn’t but the manager said it “wasn’t close” and nothing happened. No one even apologized, the employee took my car out and drove it in sharp circles rather fast and then returned it to the garage. Still no one apologized...it wasn’t too bad up until then. It was careless, they would have had to be blind not seeing the semi was there and even had that spotter who didn’t say anything, but to floor it more than needed to get over the wheel stopper was careless as well.

Pull up to get an oil change at 5pm and tried getting help with replacing my tails lights. They said they couldn’t help with anything anymore tonight. But yet there sign says 7am to 7pm on Saturday’s. I’m just slightly confused as to why I couldn’t be helped if they are open. An if they aren’t I’d suggest changing your times online and at your Walmart store. A little frustrating.
