Had some work done on a pair of engine heads. The work they did was fine but they misplaced a expensive part. They said they ordered the part they lost, waited over 2 weeks and it never came. So I ordered the part from a NAPA store(had it in 3 days). Asked them to repay e for the part they lost, said they would get back to me. Still waiting on that call.
