“Needed a bolt for my 92 sonoma. Went everywhere but Arnold's until today. They didnt have one but the guy (assuming the manager) wrote down the type and size for me and told me where to find one. From now on ill be going to Arnold motor supply because there are competent people that work here. Everywhere else told me it was a special type of bolt I needed to get from a dealership and even the dealership couldn't help me. Thanks guys!!”
“Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only bad experience I had was receiving an order I had placed online for a dash cam. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the mounting bracket was broken. Took it back to the store and was given some parts from another package, which I later discovered was also broken. When I went back for the third time, they just took the product back and issued a refund without trying to replace the broken product. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a functioning product that I had payed for.”
