DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!! Took my pet here and they gave him medication that had symptoms without my knowledge then told me the symptoms needed a new medication to make more money. They also were giving them medication to put them to sleep for a surgery instead of anesthetics. All they care about is the money not your pet.

It doesn’t seem like they truly care about animals or even know anything about them. Their negligence greatly contributed to our cat passing away. Staff seem very snarky and rude. Very quick to throw medicine at something instead of actually looking into the problem.

We have our "granddoggers" in town visiting and one of them picked up a urinary tract infection. BV Vet Clinic was so easy to work with, the staff was absolutely amazing! I truly appreciated the way they worked with us to help our poor sick girl and will go back to them any time we need a vet in Storm Lake!!

We've used them for year's on our cat and 3 dogs. Fast affordable and great people. I've been to other vets over the years, you will not find anyone around that cares more about your pets.

Called at 11:30 in the morning to get some simple vaccinations for my dog. No appointments available on a Monday morning at 11:30am. Ridiculous.

I have entrusted all 3 of my family pets to their care and have sent others to them as well. Small town, friendly atmosphere. Services are swift and we have never had a negative experience. Though we have a vet in our town we choose to go the extra 25 miles to BV clinic. Great job! Keep on taking good care of our fur-babies!

I brought my sweet dog here today (second visit in total) and I am so pleased with how well we were treated. My worries about him were asauged and they set me up with the appropriate medications to keep him comfortable. I really appreciate how well they did with him. The only thing that wasn't explained was that he would be getting vaccines and that would be mandatory, which isn't a big deal, I just wasn't aware that I didn't have a choice, but alls well that ends well. The veterinarian that treated him was great and the vet tech was so gentL and kind with him.

Listen these are the people to go to. From the time you hit the door to the time you leave everyone that you encounter is friendly and helpful. I drive over from Cherokee and they always are running on time and don't take up your day waiting. They're also efficient which is great for us because my pets become more stressed the longer that they wait in a room for the doctor. There's no wait. You go straight back and they get to the point. But even though they have you in and out quickly you can tell that they care and are good at what they do. I also feel that their pricing is very fair and they don't try to upsell you on a lot of things that you don't need. Overall, this is by far one of the best vets that I've ever been to and I've owned animals for many years. Thank you guys for what you do and how well you take care of my fur family.

I recommend not going to the older vet he doesn’t know what he is doing and came off very rude, on multiple occasions. Very impersonal experience.

Whether your going for routine vaccinations, a neuter/spay or experiencing a sorrowful last day with your pet, BV Vet is an excellent option. Kind, accommodating and compassionate. We recently had to euthanize our beloved dog and they were so professional and tender about the experience; we felt cared for and listened to. A terrible experience made a little bit better by a wonderful staff.
