I was traveling through Iowa's on RAGBRAI 2023, and visited Beer Thirty stores in both Storm Lake and Carroll. I was blown away by the customer service, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I wanted at both stores and in Storm Lake, went so far as calling an employee who had a mixer I was looking for in his truck. He stopped what he was doing and drove to the store. Ten minutes later, I left with everything I needed. I found out in Carroll that Beer Thirty is family-run and they have a third store in IA as well. They really are a fantastic and friendly liquor store chain! 5 stars!

I went in there and the second I walked through the door I got a Disgusted look from the person behind the counter! I asked a few questions and got a snotty attitude as a response. I even got a few eye rolls. I also purchased a vape there and when I got home and took it out it was a faulty product but they won't refund it or swap with another so now I'm out almost $33!

Was surprised when I walked in. Very nice building and setup, well pit together. Staff was super friendly and had some good conversations about bourbon and tequila hunting. ???

Great place. The owners and staff go out of there way to help you. If they don't have something that you want the next time you come in you can bet they will have it. The other thing that impressed me is when you come in they remember your name and say hows it going so and so. You don't see that anymore.
