I took my car to Edwards to have a wheel bearing replaced. They also found a loose ball joint. I was also told that it had an oil leak. This needed to have the oil pan and gasket replaced and possibly a rer main seal replaced. I have owned this car for 5 and a half years. It has always been parked on clean concrete. Never has there been one drop of oil on the floor. I had this car sold to someone and they went to Edwards to check on the problem They were also told that it would cost $2000 to fix it. Even if it did have a leak what would you expect from a 10 year old car with140000 miles? If someone wants a perfect car they will need to pay much more than the $500 I was paid for this car! I firmly believe that Edwards planted the oil! I had just changed the oil myself and saw no leaks or problems.. I will never go back!!

I drove down there from Minneapolis as they had a really nice low mile clean used vehicle adverstised on a car shopper app for a great price. The vehicle was true to the pictures and description. (That's not always the case in car shopping) They worked with me on the price as the vehicle had a few very resolvable minor mechanical issues, and the buying experience was excellent. These folks are ethical and low pressure and were great to work with. Even though I live far away I would consider buying a new or used vehicle from them in the future. I highly recommend Edwards.

Purchased a car with very low miles from edwards in June. It’s august and it all ready has issues. Check engine light, air conditioner issues, etc. they love to make money, but they will not take care of customers. This was during the heat advisory too, and we ended up in a dangerous situation in a brand new car from them. It took 3 days of calling them to even get an appointment to get it looked at, 2 weeks out. You’d think they would want to make it right.. they don’t even call back when they say they will. Save your money, value your safety with your purchase of a vehicle, and go somewhere where people still matter more than the bottom dollar. Edwards is not that place.

We learned about this automobile through the internet and conversations on the phone. We put in a hold on the car and made arrangements to meet Eric Garcia at the Dealership. From the minute we arrived we were treated very well and fell for the car right away. The whole process was very streamlined, including the finance department . The finance Department was very informative and explained everything to the fullest. Eric was very helpful in how he explained the cars functions and how to use them.It was will worth the two plus hour trip to wind up with a wonderful experience.

I would not recommend going to this dealership to get your vehicle worked on. I took my vehicle in expecting them to fix it and instead they made it worse. The vehicle was taken in and they had called saying it was just the starter & they had to jump start the vehicle in order to get in running. Turns out they placed the jumper cables incorrectly which then caused even more issues to the vehicle. Prior to taking my vehicle in, there was only one code showing on the vehicle and after they completely fried my vehicle it has now resulted in several codes appearing on the vehicle. There was a lack of communication on what they were doing for the 2-3 weeks the vehicle was being services. Not only was I overcharged for a service that did not fix my vehicle but now I’m left having to take my vehicle elsewhere since they didn’t fix their mistakes nor own up to it.

I discovered a slow leak in a tire on my pickup. Edward's worked me in for service that day, and quickly found a nail in, and repaired, the tire. The service manager and technician were both very courteous and friendly. The bill was quite reasonable. Great job!

Everyone was very friendly. Austin was very helpful, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with during the buying process. I can’t remember the name of the person in the finance dept but he was also very great, and friendly. They definitely made the buying experience amazing!

Overall the experience was fine. When I got the details of what was done they mentioned a recall but never explained what it was or what they did. Also, the papers I got back mentioned the alignment or toe came back in the red but never talked to me about next steps or how much a full alignment check would be to get that taken care of. So at some point I will have to call and chat about what they found and how much is a full alignment check. Wish the service guys would have called and talked to me about it instead of just leaving the papers with nothing said.

I took my car to get an oil change and get a call if I want a transmission flush I say no if it's not necessary then what a coincidence that the hoses start leaking after and of course they are not gonna admit they did anything to it just like they lied of the extra warranty when I purchased the new car had my windshield brake from a rock they denied the coverage some one knick my door denied the coverage. I don't recommend anyone buying cars or bringing they car here for services

I appreciated the vehicle being picked up for service and returned at the time I'd been told. The gentleman who brought it back was very pleasant and the service and tire rotation I'd requested had been done. I also appreciated the coupons!
