“Omega Net2161 the last review before mine is a false review. this person has over 250 reviews at different locations in Iowa claiming either good or bad service. he hides behind a false name to hide their identity because all they are typing is false information. how can you have over a dozen reviews on multiple internet providers. i say you dont have Long Lines services at all. Especially in Storm Lake. the girls there are sweet, kind and caring of their customers. they go beyond their duties to ensure a great experience whether its in person or over the phone. we all rely on technologies and just like people we have our bad days and moments. yes the internet and cable will go down from time to time but that is technology. sometimes the techs need to do maintenance like replacing cables or down wires. there has been many times that someone hit or cut those lines too. weather is a big factor also or sometimes its the unknown. Long Lines has changed hands over the years but things dont work out thats alright. in the last 20 years the internet at Long Lines has improved immensely. i recommend Long Lines to my neighbors that move in the neighborhood. The Storm Lake office gals will treat you right. and that Omeganet2161 i hope all those reviews that you do will bring the happiness that is lacking in you life. God Bless,
