“Veronica did an awesome job getting our phone switched over from another company to Verizon. Not only was she there on her own on a really busy Saturday she made sure to greet all customers when they came through the door and let them know that it would be a little before she could get to them. We did have to wait a little while before we started our process, but once started things moved quickly and we were able to go on our way. Veronica is very funny and relatable and is easy to work with and she was so much help! Again, I really appreciate the respect she gave us and others while we were there. She was very professional and The experience was awesome!”
