Honestly I use to love coming here. But this last visit I was very upset with them. My daughters glasses got broken being a normal active kid and the manufacturer wouldn't warranty them because it wasn't "normal" wear and tear. Then vision care offered me 20% off new frames.... what's the point of your one year warranty if you don't stand behind it? Even if it come from the manufacturer, your company should honor the warranty as long as the glasses arent destroyed on purpose. I usually don't post negative things but this really upset me. We have been costumers for years and this is the first time I've ever been truly disappointed by them.

The staff at Vision Care are friendly and helpful! They welcome you from the moment you walk through their doors. Dr Sullivan is the best. You know you are getting top notch care! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eye sight! You deserve the best so go to where the best are - Vision Care!

Stopped using free Veterans Administration care in the community to return to my original medical provider. Dr. Sullivan and her care is well worth the cost considering her expertise.

Please and thank you goes a LONG way. When payment is expected up front before appointment, just say please, when payment is made, just say thank you. If we expect it from kindergarten students, we should expect it from adults.

I did not have to wait too long to get appointment and didn’t have to wait to get in when I got there. They took the time to explain everything to me and to listen to my concerns.

Having been going to vision care associates for approximately 5 years great staff, doctors and care. My sister in law just had cataracts removed from both eyes and the aftercare she received is above and beyond awesome!!!
