Up until recently I would have given them 5 stars. However things have changed. My mother passed away December 20 2021. The apt. Complex she lived in issued a refund of her deposit through Reliance but they issued it in her name rather than it being sent to me as next of kin. When asked about them issuing a new check in my name was told would need to consult a lawyer. Did that sent the paperwork and have not heard or received anything from them. Been over a month now.Would not bother me so much except the fact I've banked with them for many years now as well as banking with the bank in my hometown they bought out. Altogether close to 20 years. Cannot understand what the delay or issue or possible confusion is. It's bad enough losing a loved one but to have to go jump through hoops on top of it all is very frustrating.

Can’t say enough positive things. Banked with RSB for 15+ years while I lived in MO, MN, TX, IN, & SC and never had any issues. Great people.

They are always patient and helpful when you need a question answered. Also took note that we are were going to Ohio to see family. I wanted them to know that we were in Ohio and I had not lost my debit card.
