“I broke down during a decent snow storm lasting 3 days and I coasted into the Napa store and met Bill and some of his crew. Very professional but also very down to earth and made me feel at home. He was straight on phone calling all local shops fonding who could get to my truck and within ten minutes a mechanic was there( getting parts for another truck) getting under my truck with snow on the ground. He gave a list of parts and Bill was on it and within ten minutes I knew the parts needed and what Bill could find and could not fine nearby. Short of the story was with the quick thinking of Bill and the repair shop in town I had all parts ordered and had everything in hand by noon the following morning and what could have been a $2500 repair bill and a five day wait it was back in the road in 38 hours. I can't thank Bill enough and the guys here at Napa are far more than just a parts house. They solve problems”
