A lot of big shops dont want this sort of noninsurance work and maybe for other reasons. JP is just starting out and willing to take this on at very fair prices. Definitely would recommend JP.”

“Kevin was really helpful in answering all my questions and getting me a thorough but quick estimate. The final product looked like high quality work. The only negative thing about the process was that they tried contacting me with a phone number attached to my insurance instead of the one I provided them so I had to call them to find out the car was ready for pickup. Not enough of an inconvenience though to overshadow the amazing work they did.”

The owner is honest, the pricing is reasonable, and the service is top-notch. Years ago, the owner kindly gave me a ride when I was in a bind—a gesture I’ve never forgotten. Most recently, he diagnosed a failed engine on my car and helped me through the process of scrapping it. He was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to keep the car at the shop and working with me on scheduling everything. They’ve also fit me in last minute without hesitation. Just great people who genuinely care.”
“Greer to the rescue! My family’s minivan died right before the exit to Coralville and Dana was willing to have my car towed and stayed late to get it fixed. He out in high quality parts and his rates were fine. Overall, the bill was much higher than I’d like, but that was mostly due to an expensive part. He seems kind and honest, rare in this business.”
