Went into the store and grabbed some sliders. As I had already eaten one I noticed mold on the rest of the slider……. The most disgusting thing ever. I called up to the store to speak with the manager. And the manager never called me back. I will never be returning to this store ever again.

I've been to a lot of Casey's, and many other stations. This is honestly by far the absolute worst Casey's. Those making food at night can't keep the warmer stocked at all in any kind of capacity and if you order food it'll take 3 to 4 times longer than any other Casey's. I strongly urge anyone if you order any food from Casey's to avoid the tiffin location, Coralville on i-80 or North Liberty is even faster being that far away. They close at 11:00 and I saw two employees inside but yet three of the four trash cans are full beyond capacity.

The employee at the register on 6/23/24 at 3:30pm was talking on the phone and would not help the customers in front of her and told me to leave the store and not to come back and would not let me pay for my items when I asked why she was ignoring customers.

This Casey's is ran by a bunch of clueless teenagers with zero decorum or sense of customer service. I understand that teenagers are gonna teenager, but there should at least be some level of standards instead of it being something resembling a daycare for teens who're also getting paid by the hour.

“This location is out of cheddar cheese” - on a Saturday morning? Baffling. But not actually that baffling — pizzas I’ve ordered from this location tend to be more “miss” than “hit”. There’s a young man (20s) who is always running the register who apparently hates his job. Interactions with him are dreadful and unpleasant, as I don’t believe I’ve ever heard him ‘speak.’ Other employees at this location are much friendlier (those in the kitchen), but there does seem to be a management vacuum.In a town with takeout options so scarce, this below-average Casey’s has been, continues to be, and for the foreseeable future, is woefully insufficient & a major, major disappointment.

I would literally mark this a 0 if I could. What I experienced other people experience was atrocious to say the least and this isn't even the first time. I dont k kw what I was thinking going in there this late. I knew what to expect. You guys really need to get your stuff together. You had a great night crew for a really long time and the people that replaced them is just completely disastrous. One woman was talking down to a customer. Another told me that my order was in and would be 5 minutes. I got wait 8 mins and come back. Nope. Just going in now. One woman was just standing at a closed register playing on her phone while the other girl tried to tell me "the kid in the back doesn't know what they are doing". I'm just appalled in my experience. This Casey's needs a total overhaul.

This location is the standard for a horrible example of bad management, and employees are just doing the bare minimum, if that.Outside, always dirty and trash is always full, especially at the pumps.Inside, always just above filthy. The coolers are never stocked, and everyday looks like it's delivery day. I've worked in this industry before, and these employees are lazy. The restrooms, I'd be amazed if the employees wash their hands in them.Kitchen, I don't buy or eat from here anymore. And apparently, the kitchen is the staff hangout. Plus, social media and texts take priority at the registers.If at all possible, go down the street to depot or up to Kum & Go.

I'm local and this place was bouncing back up until about a month ago. The guy at the register in the morning is rude and mumbles under his breathe, like we shouldn't be bothering him. Never says hi, thank you, total. I absolutely hate dealing with him and he puts me in a bad mood.Ordered a taco pizza a few days ago and it had about as many topings a Jack's frozen pizza. Our cheesesticks were pathetic with no sauce.And like mentioned before, the card reader still isn't working.I will be taking my business elsewhere until I hear things have improved. This location has been up and down since we moved here, just not worth it anymore.

Worst Casey’s I have visited. Stuff all over not on shelves. Bathroom a complete mess. Staff that looked half asleep. Not stopping unless I have to at this location in the future.
