I really wanted to switch to this gym. When I went in to do a tour and see what kind of equipment they had the front desk person/personal trainer didn’t bother to come up to the front desk while I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes, then I wandered around the gym looking at the equipment and he still said nothing. Was about to walk out when one of the other patrons pointed him out to me. Still didn’t get a tour and the dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds.

I had a bad experience with one of the trainers at tiffin location and reported the issue to the owner. At first, he seemed like he wanted to address the problem,and was apologetic even mentioned meeting the following week which never happened.in the end I was left chasing him down with texts. My final text was met with no real consideration for the time and aggravation I went through—no discount or gesture to make things right.He simply offered there current monthly special. While I believe he may have meant well initially, the follow-through just wasn’t there. In the end, I decided to take my business down the street. I was really disappointed by the lack of attention and bad customer service from the initial interaction with employee. Overall highly disappointed.

I enjoy IGYM very much! it’s clean & has everything to offer for a great workout. My favorite is the infrared saunas. & of course the price is affordable compared to other surrounding gyms. I give it a 10/10

Great stop on my way home any day or anytime I feel the urge to sweat. Good variety of free and machine options with a turf space for functional movement. Love the Saunas.

I have been a member and frequent user for over a year. Overall, i really like this gym. Everyone there works hard and is generally pretty friendly. It could be a little cleaner (dusty treadmills) but for the most part, it's well taken care of. My only gripe is that the two spin bikes are in sort of rough shape. It would be nice to have an upgraded spin bike to hop on that shows your cadence and resistance.
I also take advantage of using the MAC gym in CR on sundays when i can. This is a nice perk, i wish they would allow it for both saturdays and sundays. Overall, ive been really happy with igym.

This is my first ever gym membership and I was a little intimidated. All I had to do was ask and I was shown how to properly use equipment. I love that there is lots of equipment to use and lots of cleaning kits to keep everything sanitary.

Nice gym. It is clean, and equipment is kept in good condition. It is large enough that you rarely have to wait on any machine or workout station. Very convenient location in Tiffin.

I like the location, equipment, and environment! My only request is that they use disposable wipes instead of reusable hand towels with spray bottles. Otherwise, great place to workout!

All they care is money. My daughter signed up for a membership by mistake. All she wanted was a tryout. They charged me $70. When I called and talked to one of the managers, she didn't want to hear any excuses. She said if I wanted to cancel early, I need to pay $95. I told her I didn't want to pay anything, so she said they'll just stop charging me next month. Well, today they took another $100 for who knows what. I assume it was for early cancellation, BUT I told her I didn't agree on that. I asked for the owner's email or phone number, but she refused to give it to me. I'll complain to the CFPB. It's a predatory business. Be careful signing up for them.

Very rarely are staff available, even before 5pm. The music here is BLARING and there's no one to talk to about turning it down. ?
