If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. We don't live in town, but we decided to travel to Tiffin to come to Pinseekers for my birthday. I asked the young man at the front desk if we could be seated on the top floor because it was my birthday and it's always more fun from the top. He said that they did not have a server on the top floor, and I said I didn't mind because we had breakfast before our reservation at Pinseekers and would visit the bar downstairs if we wanted a beverage. The manager, Kenny (short, bald man) then walked up and argued with the kid in front our faces about letting us on the top floor even though there were a couple of groups up there already! The kid said that it was my birthday, and we did not require service, but Kenny argued back with him. Thankfully, the kid seemed to convince him. While we had 7 people total, 1 person could not physically play due to an injury. However, Kenny (the "manager") refused to let them even spectate! He was extremely rude and said that we had to purchase 2 bays even though 1 person could not physically play! That OR the person must sit inside while everyone else was playing! He said that it doesn't matter whether the person plays or not, he "counts 7 humans" so we must purchase another bay or else the person must leave. Absolutely insane!!!Along with that, my husband is a service member and asked if Pinseekers provided a military discount. The nice young man at the counter (didn't catch his name but had brown hair) said yes and asked if Kenny would log in and provide us with the discount. He had an attitude and acted annoyed that he had to provide this for us. It was extremely disrespectful to my husband and his time in the service. We will not be returning ever again. This "manager" ruined my birthday. Everyone was extremely uncomfortable, and my friend ultimately left because we had already paid for our time, and he felt that we should not waste the money. Everyone was upset and pissed off the entire rest of the day. We would rather travel to Chicago to play at TopGolf than ever return here again.

Great place for family or friends fun

Service was great. Our server kept checking on us. The downfall for the golfing is limited clubs, no driver and “one size fits all”. ??♀️

Been there twice now, both times we had 2 clubs and no drivers. Would recommend you bring your own clubs.

I'm not sure what all the poor reviews are about. We went this morning after booking a reservation online, very simple process and no charges until you arrived. Upon arrival, we had a friendly greeting with the operations manager whom asked if we'd ever been in before. Since it was our first time, he walked us out to our lane, stepped through some of his favorite games and instructed us on some basics with how everything worked. We did not bring our own clubs and they had some for both men and women available, free of charge. He apologized up front for the lack of selection of clubs. He mentioned they were expecting new clubs to come in under warranty, but have had a great deal of broken clubs lately. Our assumption, drunk people and nice things do not mix. They are trying for being open such a short amount of time. It's hard to run a business when people disrespect things that are not theirs. We got started and felt everything functioned well, we were in the lower level. We used the QR code on the table to order drinks and an appetizer and were very impressed with how quickly these items got to us. Both times we had items delivered, the staff made sure there was not anything else we needed before they left. The heaters worked well on a 32° day. We were very impressed with our first visit and intend to be back soon. They price compared to other golf places is very reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful service and great time, Pinseekers!

You shouldn’t have to pay to play a game and be advised to bring your own set of clubs because the establishment itself doesn’t have enough for you to play the game you’re paying for.Outside of that, this place is mismanaged. We were barked at by “security” after being told we could go to our bay. They didn’t have it set up for us yet and immediately interrogated us because they weren’t paying attention to the directions they gave us.We didn’t order food after reading reviews of how mid everything is on top of outrageous wait times. We were placed at the furthest end bay which meant we had to turn to even hit balls towards any of the actual goals. Problem is, the machine that spits the balls out interferes and you just whack your club on the machine trying to play the game.Being the only place like this in our area meant it was still packed so I guess good for them but they really need to work on this place. Start with your lack of equipment for your customers then work on your staff.

Been 2 times. Spent so much money, on nothing. First time we went the golf senor wasn't working. Food wasn't worth the price. But we thought we can't judge off 1 time.2nd time we had a birthday party my son really wanted!! We got the birthday party package. No birthday plates like we were told even called to double check 1 week before coming in. Waited 20 mins for 1st drinks and refills 1.5 hours later, mind you it was right before we left. Food was better this time. However. For 2 pizzas. 2 pitchers of pop and a burnt cookie cake 80$. Never again. That wasn't with the golfing.

Food was good, service was extremely slow. Hard to find a waitress/waiter when one was needed. They need more help, too bad, it could be a great place with better service. My son (whom has experience) applied before they opened and heard nothing but yet they don’t have enough to man the place efficiently.

Reserved bay online for family of 4 on a Friday afternoon. Smooth check-in process. Kids got their own clubs to use. Servers were amazing and so kind! Easy to order food and drinks with QR code. The food was really good! Would recommend!

I’ve been to Top golf in major cities 7+ times.Que was big yesterday on a Saturday night but everyone had reservations, moved through quickly, definitely grab one on the weekend. After reading the reviews, it’s clear that the lovely people of Tiffin are breaking clubs, don’t know how QR codes work/ new era ordering systems that don’t generally hold cards and more generally work. Causing huge problems for other customers/ ruining the club selection for others. I’m all for constructive criticism, but c’mon lol.I’ve been here three times now and the food has always been good (Buffalo chicken sandwhich, pretzel bites, cheese curds were all favorites) bays are clean and what I’d expect, and the sensors work. There seems to be a ceiling on the sensor if you launch the ball too high on a good shot but eh, not a big deal. The mini bowling is EXTREMELY fun, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The mini golf was also so fun and a cute date opportunity. Would be awesome for kids.Respect the space, have fun, learn how QR codes work in 2024 (ITS SO EASY, makes it efficient for you AND server) and you’ll have an amazing time. ??

It was fun, they seem to be understaffed. Poor guy waiting the lower level was only server in that level. I think he did a good job as busy as he was.

I definitely would give it a negative star if I could. I went with my niece and nephew, and there friends. They assigned us to a broken machine. Once we said hey this is broken, they said we'll fix it. Well, they didn't fix it, but offered a bucket of balls. There was 6 open bays that we could have been transferred to, but I guess since ig was a group of young (minus me) Black Americans, they could not offer to move us to an operating bay. IAlthough it is still open. If you are a minority going here, just know color has its privilege.
