“The storage space, facilities, accessibility, staff and local manager were excellent. They even contacted me when I forgot to lock my space. I only left because it got too expensive for me. Within the 1st year they raised my rent nearly 100%. From $95. to $167. I would recommend to someone if it was affordable for them and they were okay with the possibility of large rent increases”
“North Liberty Self Storage is a very good business with several locations within the North Liberty area. The options they offer include several different sized units as well as locations, all locations are easily accessible and all locations have ample room around each unit that allow you to handle all loading and unloading needs. The rates they have are always stable and very much in line with what it takes to operate. All locations are all very well maintained to include appearance of the properties and any issues that can happen with snow removal, doors, latches, and roofs. North Liberty Self Storage is also proud to support many local businesses by purchasing local. They also support community events to include youth fishing and youth baseball. Gary and Brittany are always curteous, knowledgeable, and ready to address any customer needs.”
“Entry gate did not work. Had to wait for someone to leave the facility to get in. Thought at first my code was bad but another person who was behind me couldn’t get his code to work either. He stated he had the same problem earlier in the day. Luckily I only had one trip. The guy had 2 more to go. Facility was clean though and well kept. Only complaint was the gate. Don’t want to waste time on moving day and a storm blowing in.”
“We had rented 2 U-Boxes for a gap between our lease ending and a new one starting, as well as a truck rental for pulling everything out of the boxes after. After coming in and having a mix-up over the phone which led us to not have access to our boxes the first day we needed them, Rachel (Manager?) Helped us set up access for the next day and even reimbursed us a bit on a new truck rental the day after.
Overall had a great experience and just had to leave a review!
