Second time I’ve been to this store. Second time anyone in the store fails to acknowledge me, no hi or welcome in. There were several sales/ service people sitting at their desks appearing not to be working. Once again the “boys club” has struck again. Refuse to wait on a woman. I will take my business somewhere else! Btw this is my first time rating someone with a one star.

Great experience! From Dan in sales, Adam and Eric with the walk through with the camper. Rod worh setting up the hitch. Cole in service. Sales counter with helping with accessories we needed. Gene in finance. And of course Chad, thanks buddy! You won't be disappointed.

Happy customer here. I purchased a small travel trailer from these folks.
Everyone here is very polite, responsive, and no pressure. I had a wonderful time dealing with these guys.
Dwight was a no hassles sales man. Kept my concerns in mind and answered all my questions.
Gene was very quick and nice guy to chat with. Had my finances put together in 20-30 mins.
Also, the orientation they provide when picking up the trailer is priceless. Ran through dumping process and all other items. Including taking on and off the new hitch, which I was unfamiliar with. I think the guy's name was Mike or Matt and the new guy he was training.
All great people. Have a good team there.
I did run into a problem with getting my hitch delivered. But, honestly probably more of a shipping problem from the IT outages recently. Just delayed picking it up one day. Wasn't really to big a problem for me. But, they offered me a free service for winterizing for the delay. That was very nice if them and was awesome.
Talked with the owner Chad multiple times. He is always walking around the store and very accessible. Good guy.
These guys go the extra mile. Will definitely shop there again.

The staff from the sales person, to the service guys and the signing the papers was a flawless and no stress experience. At all points of sale they were very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a sun and fun RV for your future camper needs! We had purchased product from Sun & Fun RV In Tipton, Iowa when we were on vacation. We had a problem with the Product. Ryan went above and beyond what we had expected. We were completely satisfied and want to thank them very much for what they had done for us. We would highly recommend them.

We had trouble with our blue ox hitch system traveling through Iowa. We googled RV repair near me and Sun & Fun came up.
We called and they took us right in even though we were close to closing time.
They resolved the problem and got us back on the road safely.
Very helpful, professional, and courteous.

Great place. We are currently looking for a camper and have passed by this dealership many times driving I80. Today, we stopped in to see what they had along the lines of what we were looking for.

I had the best time getting my beautiful camper at Sun and Fun RV in Tiffen Iowa. Dwight is a great salesman and doesn’t pressure. He is very informative and easy to talk to. Dillon taught me how to back the camper up and also gave me advice on what electric jack to buy. Cole in the service has answered every question, and I mean every one. Please tell him that I apologize for all calls but I know so much more now. Chad was very nice at the front counter. Gene was great with the financing part and explaining everything. Also the young girl was very thoughtful and nice. I hope I didn’t miss anyone I feel very lucky. We are going to Sleepy Hollow when we get back from Las Vegas in a couple weeks. Thank you for helping me and answering all and I mean all of my questions. I can tell that you all love your job.

Our experience was all very positive. Dan, the sales person, was low pressure and very helpful in guiding us to the right camper. Gene, the sales manager, made the paperwork painless and entertained us. Cory was great with the walk through and Rod gave in invaluable information when we picked we picked up the new camper. We cannot say enough good things about Sun and Fun RV. Our experience buying a camper elsewhere at mega-dealer was exactly the opposite. Once they had our money they were done. The air conditioner didn’t work and they would not fix it. Sun and Fun did.
