I wish I can say I had a good experience with them. I walked into the dealership to have to wait 10 minutes, an older gentleman at the service desk asked me how many I help you, I then said I want to look at the inventory but I dont want to go outside and look (there all covered in snow, and its 20° out)
So then he proceeds to tell me to go on the website and look there and I told him i want to sit down with someone and he then proceeded to tell me about the website.
If im there at the dealership I was expecting someone to sit down with me and show me for themselves to then I can ask questions related to certain ones, ask about black friday deals and things like that.
So then I told him ill just go somewhere else. And I proceeded to walk out of the dealership, when I was backing up I saw a sales person come out. (Damage was already done by that point)

Love this organization - best service after the sale and everyone is great about answering all my questions, never complaining about the fact that I could have found it in the owner's manual if I had taken the time to look it up. :-) You can't go wrong by choosing this power sports dealership!

The Polaris we went to look at was sold but, our Sales Rep, Adam, was kind enough to take our info and be on the lookout for what we are trying to find. Kudos for going the extra mile for us, Adam.

Love going to Uss Polaris in Toledo. Got a battery for my 500 sportsman.. quick and very professional. Jeff was their and come out of his off just to say hello. I wouldn't own anything but Polaris. And wouldn't go anywhere but USS Polaris. I have bought 4 brand new atvs and 3 used ones. All have been great. No problems at all.

Very honest, and reasonably priced to buy a UTV from. Sales was motivated & helpful from start to finish with follow up when I go back in for service. Service gets everything done I ask them to do the first time there on my Slingshot & Ranger. Parts has even helped me locate something that was discontinued but they found what I needed at another dealer out of state.These are all business ethics hard to find nowadays.
