We usually hit this place every time we come to Des Moines.Every time we ask the owner to open one up in Waterloo cuz ours closed down years ago.The staff and owners are great people and are always a pleasure to visit with when we stop.

This place is so over priced and they don’t give correct serving amounts and expect you to pay $3.00 for a half scoop of ice cream for a dog and calm it a kids scoop? nevermind that nobody working there has a personality or customer service skills at all.

Just witnessed a very gross and nasty thing at this location. The older worker was talking on the phone and had his finger up his nose a few times. He was facing the customers. Im not sure if anyone witnessed this. After a few more times he stopped, ended the conversation and immediately turned around to spread the frosting on the cake as if nothing happened. No he DID NOT WIPE his fingers or wash his hands. He just continued on making and putting topping on chocolate cake.Lucky us he was not the one serving us, I would have said something if he was.This is so unsanitary and gross. I will never, yes never stop by this location again.

They lied on their sizes! And I was way over charged! I will NEVER go to this place again! And I dnt understand any circumstance will recommend buying cakes from this place!!!
