Very knowledgable and extremely helpful! They took amazing photos, virtual tour, and advertised for me. I had signs promptly in my yard, flyers ready for me to put out by the signs. They took care of the inspection, appraisal, legal paperwork, disclosures, home transparency- all of the things I knew nothing about going into this. Very timely, professional, and kind. Highly recommend!

DO NOT trust their home inspections at all, they missed so many things including faulty wiring that caused a small fire. Who ever they hire for home inspections should be fined and never allowed to inspect again!

Randy lied about what was included with their $3000 fee. they claimed legal fees and photography from a professional they sent a kid with an iPhone for the photography and no legal fees were included their whole business is to tell you all this is included to build value but then come time of closing nothing was provided yet they cash in then the guy argued with me and denied it lol definitely will never use them or recommend them

A great level of customer service throughout the process. Very transparent initial review of all costs for the services provided. Listing on website was created and posted in a very timely fashion. We were helping mother to sell the house, and we were doing it from out of state. Randy really delivered on all things that needed to be done and went out of his way to do extra things such as showing potential buyers the house. Would definitely use FSBO again

I was hesitant at first as any first home seller should but, wow FSBO Ankeny is amazing! They helped me every step of the way and also got my home sold within 10 days!! Didn’t have to pay any realities fees so more money in my pocket! Easy to work with and incredible people there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am not sure what the 2600 pays for but I will never use fsbo again. Where do I start? I had my home on Zillow and Trulia prior to signing with fsbo and thought there would be more advertising on their part but there wasn't. They insisted on their in-house professional do the write up for my house . Lol Their professional went into my ad on zillow and copied mine then pasted it in a different order so it looked and read like a 2nd grader did it! Then I asked them multiple times to correct the square footage which was off by over 2000 square feet! I finally went into my zillow account and fixed it and the description myself! I and my abstract company got attitude because I didn't use their abstract company. I paid for my septic and Abstract company work when it was done but it showed up on the 1st st of closing documents. They stated that if I didn't give them proof that it had been paid that they would be charging me. Smh I
