I've been on hold so long that I was able to drive up to Casey's on hold, place my order, and verify that they have no intention of answering my call, all while still on hold. I'm still on hold currently. I wonder if they will ever pick up. I was hoping they would pick up so I could cancel the order, but I just realized they didn't take any of my information down so I'm just not going to pick it up. This is ridiculous. Literally going on 40 minutes of hold time. No wonder KwikStar is crushing you guys out of existence.

Called to get my order of fries I had already walked down to get once and the guy awnsers giving us an attitude Because he didn’t know how to give us a refund, Then we said OK we’ll walk down and get them. That’s when he started cussing at us maybe they should train these guys better!

I like the pizza and the food there around lunch time or breakfast. The blond kid makes it pretty well there and I like how it is thicker and had more sauce. I really hope they don't make him change the way he makes it, because it's pretty good the way he does!

Was PROMISED the pizza would be ready by 6. Then was PROMISED it would be ready by 6:30. Didn't receive my pizzas until 6:50. They refused to give any sort of discount and said there was nothing they could do. Will not be back.

I love all the Casey's people there, but my favorite is a dude named Drew, because he always makes everyone laugh and helps everyone there!He's a helpful employee and all around good guy! ?pizza he makes is awesome too ? ?
