I drove through the drive-thru window at U.S. Bank to get quarters and the lady at the window was very nice and helpful. And I have gone to this U.S. Bank before and always been provided with great service as well as always seeing friendly faces. Great bank!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst financial institution I have ever done business with. Their customer service is terrible. I know they are losing customers that have had the same experience. Corporate did everything possible to keep our insurance checks from tornado damage sustained to my home. Local branches did nothing to help, they kept saying it was out of their hands, there was nothing they could do. Their excuses were ridiculous and insulting. This will bank will do anything they can to line their own pockets and take advantage of their customers. I will be moving all of my business to another bank.

This branch is just as good as any other US Bank branch. A little slow and bad hours. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO BE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! These aren't even banker's hours.

Very slow, unfriendly NO PR take your service elsewhere if you can. I called to find out about a check that someone wrote me that bounced. Before I could ask the procedure the guy was telling me what he can not do when all I needed was a guideline to process the check. 1. be a good listener. 2. many places customer is first. 3. be willing to help with as much information available to offer in solving the issue at hand. 4.just do your job period
