Internet is terrible, told me my bill would be about $40 a line the $35 for internet. They advertise 4 lines $90 but 5 lines is $200+. Told me my bill would be about $250 a month but the first month would be a little higher, they meant more then double. $586 is my first months bill. I don't see how they get away with it. The boy that set us up didn't smile or look me in the eye the entire time. The others seemed real friendly, it's all smoke and mirrors. My bill just went up $100 a month. $100 more then they said it was going to be.

Libby went above and beyond with my daughters and I last night. She was efficient and funny. My youngest daughter, who is 14, and didn't want to be there, (insert teen angst music), Libby was able to cheer her up. Libby is it! Thank you.

Us cellular , vinton Ia I have mad respect for the whole team, they go above and beyond! I needed a tablet before I left for a work trip I called them to find out prices it was a last minute thing as it often is they had the right product at the right price but they had to order it problem was it would take 3 to five days to get from a nother store on there regular routs the store manager sent her employee to get me a tablet the same day but it gets better my employee wanted to get the same tablet so she sent her employee to yet a different store the same day to get my employee taken care of. Way to go I am proud to call this store my go to for all my tech needs. They now offer more than cell phones and tablets they offer watches, Bluetooth speakers, and even cameras come on let's support this local business they took care off my whole team and we all know if you send someone to get something for someone from a different location the people at the store are busier and short handed. I live in the country and was having horrible issues with our internet provider. I recently tried the US Cellular modem and couldn’t believe it! It was nearly double the speed, I could download updates on my computer that I couldn’t before, and no more buffering when streaming TV. Such an affordable option for great internet. My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner. The ladies are always so helpful every time I come in, excellent service!

They are not helpful there at all. And they do not follow or honor US CELLULAR'S policies or plans. Bought a phone out right from here, left, went home and realized that I had a phone I could switch out and use. So I went back to return the one I had just bought. They wouldn't return it because they said I bought it out right. No one told me at the time of purchase that I would not be able to return it. If they had I would have waited and made sure I didn't already have one. I called US Cellular customer service and they said they had to return it. When I went back to this place they told me that they don't have to because they put their own return clause at the bottom of THEIR receipt stating no returns on phones.that are "bought out right". I'm stuck with a phone now that I dont need or want. That's so wrong and sneaky.of.them. just because they want their sales numbers to go up and commissions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND RIP YOU OFF.
