Complete disrespect for customers.
Manager Jun doesn't give you shower stalls, blackmails customers, we pay hundreds of dollars for gas every day. And she says she won't give you a shower. She doesn't want to clean the stalls.

Stopped on the way out west for fuel and grub. Only got fuel, grub looked unpalatable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, place appeared clean. I have to take two stars away because the moment I began pumping gas, an advertisement began to blare from the gas pump that was so loud, it was still uncomfortably loud when I got into my car and shut the door. I couldn’t supervise the gas pump which is a safety issue.

It’s absolutely unacceptable that at 6am — a time when drivers need to shower and get moving — none of the showers were available because they hadn’t been cleaned in advance. This isn’t the first time, and it’s beyond frustrating.
The staff clearly had no sense of urgency or care. Just slowly going about their “daily clean” while drivers are left waiting. This shows a complete lack of respect for our time and schedules.
This is a truck stop, not a spa. We’re not here to lounge around — we’re on the clock. Clean the showers before drivers start showing up. This level of disorganization is embarrassing.

I really prefer to stop at this store because it’s always easy in N out, really nice, friendly staff and I like to stay here for my 10 hours break and enjoy the quiet parking.

Today I see my mother-in-law, and she has a bruise, bump, and blackened from getting hit in the face by a person that was leaving the store last Friday. It knocked her down, and nothing was done from the staff or even checked on her. Basically, they shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. This is not acceptable on any factor. This happen on 8/2/2024.

Showers were disgusting. #3 had someone pubic hair all over the place in there (floors, toilet, showers everything!) The guy at night cleaning them needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting. Will avoid this place at all costs when it comes to taking a shower next time.
