Called shop to see about a lube and they said we'd get right in. Show up and they say it'll be several hours. I don't know why people can't just tell the truth.

I got to the service center at the walcot location at 430pm on a Sunday afternoon to get a tire repaired the lady at the desk told me it would be an hour wait to get my truck in. And now at 1am I was told that they don't have a repair tech until 8 am Monday morning. Don't say you are 24 hour shop when you are not.

We would recommend this truckstop if you were in the middle of the United States, and the western side of Iowa. It's a huge truckstop and has been open for years, in fact, some of the statistics show that it's been open since 1964 and never closed !!! Of course in Texas we have some very large truck stops with stores attached, but in all honesty, the quality of the merchandise in those properties is much better and more vast than at the Iowa 80 truck-stop.One huge plus is it the bathrooms were very clean !!!! I requested help to locate a specific snack, I was looking for, but they had never heard of it .I was also wanting something for lunch a sandwich or something -preferably hot and maybe some type of barbecue, but there was not such a thing there. They had the typical hotdogs and cold sandwiches. I did end up getting a small container with some hummus, mini carrots, mini celery, and some pretzel thins. It is absolutely humongous. There's a Wendys, aTaco Bell, a Pizza Hut so lots to offer in addition to their own brand. A good place to gas up, lots of pumps and availability. It was quite a popular truckstop, although they were several in the immediate area that were drawing a large number of semi trucks too.We probably would not go out of my way to come back here ......

Pretty cool truck stop. It's not nearly as good as Buccees but they try. You can get gas, food, and clothing here. Employees are nice. Thumbs up.

This place is a road-trippers paradise! Snacks galore and clean bathroom plus so much more! They have lots of fast food choices. They have every souvenir you can think of. You can easily spend a couple of hours there. We're looking forward to visiting the museum next time we come around. They have dentists, chiropractors, movie theater and a doggie wash. This place is awesome!

They took me right in for a water fuel filter, lube, one tire change. The price was just under 130 bucks with my filter. I may have gotten lucky on fast service. But luck or not it works for me.

First off I'm not a big fan of ANY T/A! They always give you these outrageous times to fix your problems like they're so busy and the service bays are empty! But this particular T/A they are sooo rude! They really need to work on their customer service skills! I'd advise anyone don't come here for any truck repair because you're going to wait forever and you're going to deal with employees with smart mouths and attitudes!Service: Tires

Truly the largest Truckstop in the world! It is three supersized stores in one!! Fast food restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, gift shop, chiropractor, showers, theater all in one!Very impressive!Definitely lived up to the marketing hype that you see on the side of the road. It was decently clean as we toured. We found some unique souvenirs to buy and take home. Had a dinner there and went exploring. We easily spent 1.5 hours there and could have spent an other hour if we tried. The fast food restaurants were Wendy's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Caribou Coffee Einstein Bagels, etc. they also have their own brand restaurant with a buffet. Bathrooms were extremely smelly and smelled all the way out to the toy area where every child was. There were family restrooms that were very helpful to have for young families. I don't think the restrooms are upkept as often as they should be. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would MAYBE come back to give the kids another experience. But it's really a one and done, seen it done it. It was a very high trafficked area.

Came for the Jamboree and truck show. Live country music band, plenty of rigs to look at. The inside is massive! Anything you could imagine needing... even some swords to put the cherry on top of your costume for those truck stop LARPing meets.
