These guys are great! My 88 year old FIL was driving solo cross country and had his fan belt suddenly break mid trip. There was no mechanic nearby but lady at a local gas station in Walnut recommended calling Midwest and they got the car repaired in a matter of hours! They didn’t overcharge, either. Just incredible service. Please give them your business because they deserve it!

Excellent service! Sam picked up my broke down van (173 miles away) next day and delivered to my driveway. Handful of questions over the phone, confirmed I did not need to meet them there or drop keys off, then patiently waited until the next day delivery. Would definitely use them again, if needed, and highly recommend!

Got rear ended with my semi, and ended up having to take my truck to their shop, The owner and his son were very helpful and friendly during the whole process removing debris stuck on the truck and fixing as much damage as they could so i could safely take it somewhere to get repaired. They also charged an honest price, it’s very rare nowadays to find a family ran establishment and I highly recommend you use their services.

Very late in writing up this review, but needed to make sure to let others know how happy we were with our experience with Midwest Towing.A couple weeks ago, our van broke down on our way from WI to Omaha and we had two very nervous/frightened kids in the back. Sam and Brenda rescued us from a very tricky situation and couldn't have been more helpful!They brought us and our things to the Kum & Go in Walnut while we waited for our friend to pick us up and then towed our van to a shop in Atlantic that was able to make the repairs before we had to head home from Omaha. We would highly recommend anyone use Midwest Towing in the unfortunate event they need it!

Really great guys. Had car trouble where vehicle would let us go above 4mph, thinking we had no traction. We were 4 1/2 hours from home. These guys took time from their day to look at it and give their opinion. Let me keep vehicle in parking lot until I got it towed next day. Then one of their friends gave us a ride an hour out to reach our destination. Couldn’t ask for more selfless people.

I broke a leaf spring on my toy hauler traveling from Wisconsin to Colorado, which ended up being the rarest spring ever, but they helped me get my trailer rigged enough to make it to a great camp site. I had to drive 700 miles round trip to Minneapolis to get the spring which sucked but I had no choice. Anyway Midwest got my trailer repaired and I made it back home. Awesome folks and I highly recommend!!

They saved us! We ran out of gas just off 80 a half hour before they closed. They were so sweet on the phone and brought us gas for a reasonable price. Both guys were super friendly and professional. Very honest people. Highly recommend for your towing needs!

I called on a Sunday night regarding a truck breakdown. I very much appreciated the helpfulness in seeking out a repair location as well as overnight accommodations. They towed the truck the next morning. Our company runs trucks through there very often, we won’t hesitate to call again when the need arises. Thank you!

What beautiful humans! I was so thankful for this this lovely family-owned business.My Tesla ran out of range after navigating through a treacherous Iowa snow storm. They quickly responded and let us warm in their comfortable truck, as they assembled the equipment needed for a safe Tesla tow.They were kind and compassionate towards me and my son, as we were road tripping from Wisconsin to Colorado.I also appreciated their knowledge, confidence and care to properly follow the Tesla tow requirements.They towed us the few miles to the nearest super charger, backed the car right up to a charger and, within the hour, we were back on the road to continue our road trip.

The owner is very rude. Screams at you on the phone when you actually can reach them and then hangs up on you.

I do not recommend dealing with this company. The owner is extremely rude over the phone. Yelled the entire time and repeatedly hung up while trying to speak with her. Horrible customer service. If I could place 0 stars I would have marked that.
