First of all, communication from the owner is awesome. He is quick to respond to messages, to confirm dates/times, etc. These 2 guys are “go-getters”. There is no standing around wasting time! They moved everything to the rooms as labeled, and they placed furniture in locations as requested. Their price is much better than competitors. I would hire them again.

Mike was very helpful for my move from Mason City to Iowa City on Jan 6, 2021. The only thing that could've been better was the dang weather temperature. He beat anybody's estimates for a one bedroom apartment move by alot and it was the easiest and best decision I've made to get Mike to move me. I would recommend him to anyone. Mike was very responsive to the things that needed that extra caution and he always returned texts or calls in a timely manner. All those negative posts are his competitors trying to bring him down. 10/10 would recommend again.

I have used Mike twice for long distance moves of very heavy/bulky strength equipment. One was a move from Galesburg, IL to Tucson, AZ and the other was from Lawrenceville, KS to Potomac, MD. Not only was Mike less expensive and timely, but he actually helped with the loading/unloading, and assembly of the machines when no other shipper would. I will gladly use him again.

We arranged for the movers to come over 6 weeks ahead of time, which was easy enough. I tried to explain that I have a lot of things and provided an inventory list and provided information over the phone regarding the amount of items that I had. An inventory list is hard to describe when you don't know how many boxes it will be in advance. When he arrived and started moving things he was complaining that we had more things than I had told them, which wasn't true. He said he was told it was 1 bedroom, and I know on the phone I told him it was a 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 levels. He estimated it would take 2 men 2 hours to move everything and I told him the previous movers had 3 men and it took them 3 hours, he didn't listen. I paid extra money and they didn't even take all of my belongings. I had to take 4 full carloads of belongings to my new apartment myself. My couch was damaged and they damaged the wall in hallway which I will probably have to pay for. For a small job, not too much heavy lifting, him and his worker would probably suffice, but I will never hire again.

Good experience. Placed furniture where I requested and boxes in rooms marked. Found nothing broken or scratched. Would recommend to anyone.

Fragile stuff not treated as fragile, destroyed the exit door of the house moving out. Also thr tv table. Delivered on time but could have been more pleasant in interaction

Immediately started to complain about my furniture as soon as they walked in the door. I was told there would be 3 movers, there were only 2. One of which, I suspect was either drunk or on drugs, as he couldn't walk straight and was slurring his words. The owner was one of the movers and he asked for more money in the middle of loading my things. I suspect they do this everyone. Quote a low price to beat competitors, then ask for more once on the job. I was also told that they treat everything as fragile but they did not. My antique vanity, my 4 poster bed, my chandelier lamp, my xmas ornaments, and several dishes were all broken upon delivery. They dumped all my stuff in my living room and only left me a very small path to walk through it. My couch had fleas on it after being in their trailer. Awful experience, dont waste your money.
