Lumber is overpriced and the quality is completely lacking. Spend 20.00 for a 4.00 board. Just go to Washington lumber yard and don't waste your time here. I would even go as far as to recommend you travel somewhere else and stop supporting this price gauging business. All of them!

Had a plumbing emergency today and time was of the essence. Within seconds of walking in a gentleman named Wayne got us sorted out and told me how to fix it. We have been updating/remodeling our home over the past 2 years. Ace is located near us and has been very convenient for us. When we enter the store, someone always greets us. Anytime we need assistance, someone is always available to assist quickly. The employees all seem knowledgeable in the various departments.
Thanks for being the "Helpful Hardware Store" that Ace is.

I have done alot of business with them spent thousands of dollars over the years. I recently moved to Texas. I called them to ask about sending me some paint samples. FYI I was going to purchase the paint when I came back. They were worried about a postage stamp. Employees were willing to give a dollar for the stamp but the owner Craig said no. He didn't want to promote small business. I came back and asked about the situation. I got my paint samples I will be buy elsewhere. I recommend others to buy elsewhere

Great old fashioned hardware store. It has alittle bit of anything you might need. Employees are happy and helpful. Truly a gem and better than a big box store
