Alliant energy raises their rates at LEAST yearly! They lie about average monthly costs to get more money! Typical big company screwing people over with over priced services and no human compassion!

I was so relieved after talking to the Customer Service Associate who had assured me that help was on the way after having no heat all day. Shortly after an electrician came, after business hours, in the dark, and fixed my lines that had been damaged by a tree within 20 minutes! I am so grateful for the customer care and incredibly fast repair.Happy Customer, Bonnie Preston
