Usually a clean spot, gas prices low. Nice selection of donuts. Pizza not as good as it use to be, but, more choices like potatoes, hamburger & chicken strips in warmers. Nice selection of grab 'n go ice cream treats.

This specific caseys needs to have a complete makeover. Fire everyone and replace them with people who actually care about their jobs. Just look at all the bad reviews. Every time I go in there is no pizza on the heaters, they get orders wrong, receipts on the pumps dont work, but it seems like the biggest problem is the punk kids working (or not working rather) in the kitchen. Its not hard to make pizza kids. Every time there's no food made and the kids in the kitchen are just walking in circles and talking insdoing their jobs. And what does the manager do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It is a managers job to make sure that everyone is doing their job correctly and the current manager obviously could not care less about their job or the business that pays them to do their job. This caseys is an absolute abhorrent disgrace. Every single worker should be fired and replaced with a crew that actually cares about their jobs. If this caseys is a symbol of what to expect then no one would ever go to caseys. This caseys really just needs to fire everyone and close permemantly because it is an absolute disgrace

The staff are very pleasant when I go in but my goodness, if you order a pizza for delivery you will NOT get what you ordered. I always let it slide except when I had covid a couple months ago I complained bc it was the first thing I’d eaten in a few days and as always my order was wrong. Covid crazies had me super emotional about it. I got a free pizza coupon out of it but guess what…. When I finally used the coupon, that pizza came wrong too! I have not ordered since and will not. Pizza Hut gives me diarrhea but at least my order always comes right.
Growing up Casey’s pizza was an absolute treat to have but now I’ll only grab a slice from their spinning heaters.

This Casey’s store has to be the only store in the state that is closed before 10 pmIt used to be 24 hours and convenient they had snacks and all the stuff you expectBut this is a fuel island truck stopImagine trying getting a big rig into the west side store instead to get fuel because they are closed.Your going downhill sir!!I bet this store is staffed by a manger who don’t want to work nights.On cold nights in the winter plow drivers need places to go to get warm coffee and fuel.If you alienate your customer base they will close the storeMaybe you should sell the store to Kum and go they have better coffee anyhow plus the fresh market deli.

Have tried getting gas here 4 times in the last couple weeks. Pay at the pump will not work and cancles the transaction after waiting 3 or 4 minutes on multiple pumps. Left without buying gas each time.

Diesel fuel island secondary pump is still broken after 3 months. So be prepared to fill one side at a time. We spend thousands a week in fuel there. Not sure why this has not been escalated.

It's been several weeks that no receipt is available at the pump. The pumps are lacking the squeege to clean the windows. The water reservoir is usually empty or full of trash. Paper towels are lacking. Doesn't anyone check these? What a terrible example to set for a business.

The receipt printers never work when you pay at the pump which defeats the purpose of paying at the pump because then you have to go inside and wait in a long line because the cashiers are incompetent. I complain each time and they don't care to fix the problem.

DON'T GET GAS HERE. The pumps are inaccurate, and most of the time, half of the pumps are broken. Fuel up at Hy-Vee. Seems to be the best in Washington. When they fix the pumps I'd be happy to be back.
