“GOLDMINE! This Goodwill is the best in all Iowa. No joke, I have been all over the state to compare. The inventory is clean and the store does not have that musty smell when you first walk in. The product selection is comparable to a retail store inventory aka Walmart, the only other retail store in town. Also, the inventory rotates daily with a constant flow of new product being introduced. Example, the shoe selection is mostly new and recognized brands priced 2.99-7.99. The prices have gone up a bit due to the nation's inflation of 2025, in comparison the used items are still a deal. Most pricing is cut in half of the regular retail. With their new inventory stock, the pricing is the same as retail pricing. No bargain but availability of the type of product is there if a person does not want to drive 30 to Iowa City. The Manager is approachable
and willing to solve concerns. The staff is nice and helpful, no lazy employees. Bottom line is this is the best Goodwill store in the state, hands down.”
