The staff is so kind, patient, and accommodating. Even when I arrived before their lunch break they were happy to help not only me, but the customers behind me. They may just need a bigger sign with their scheduled break, or the community to be more respectful of their time.

I needed a doctors note to get a COVID vaccination when my age group could get vaccinated if we take immunosuppressants. They fill one of the two immunosuppressant drugs I take, but I still needed to jump through hoops. They're good at forgetting to send refill requests to your doctor. So call them before you take it out on your doctor. Be very clear if you want something mailed. You might be waiting for nothing to show up. Find another pharmacy if your health is important to you.

I'm just wondering how others people feel about Hy-Vee going to all self checkouts. I think it's pretty sad when you can't even have checkers to check you out aisles. I know it's corporate and it's greed as far as I'm concerned. But how about those people that cannot access or use the automatic checkers .what are they supposed to do My case I have a blind husband. Other people are in wheelchairs. They you get to back up their own groceries also. They're not paying me to bag up the groceries so why am I getting stuck with it? Hy-Vee motto always been a smiling every aisle so now we have no smiling cashiers up front, do we? It's not that I'm against self checkout. I think they're very handy when you only have one or two items, but how many of us that go through Hy-Vee have cart full of stuff? What about those people? I guess the smile in all and customer service isn't something Hy-Vee interest in doing anymore?

I've been coming to the Hy-Vee Pharmacy for going on 5 yrs now and never had any kind of problem. They have been very nice and even know me by name now, my persciptions are always filled and ready to go. I will continue to use this pharmacy and recommend them to anyone looking for a good pharmacy looking for someone to help with all your pharmaceutical needs.

I love the staff so much. If there are any problems they know what to do, and get it sorted out, even if a prescription went to a wrong pharmacy. They are kind, friendly, and caring!

I placed an online order 152.78 they were out of items so my order picking up was 92.00 THAT IS OK BUT they took the full amount refunded 60.78 was happy to see but then they took out and im fighting to get my money back aisles online.... its not working out too good for me. order picked up at 10 Am 4-7 i called bookkeeper and she told me that they would not have taken the full amount out of my account but i sent her my bank online showing THEY DID debit 152.98 so overnight

I have worked in the Hyvee kitchen for almost 2 years now and I have never met a great bunch of coworkers. Working conditions are great, pay is stable, training is great. Everyone seems to keep the work flow moving along nicely! I’m proud to be part of the Hyvee kitchen. I wish I could work more there but due to college classes I cannot. I’m currently waiting on summer before I jump back into the kitchen! I can’t wait until then! If any of my coworkers are reading this, hi, I hope you’re doing well, and I’ll see you later!

Always great service. I could get my meds cheaper going through CVS because of my work plan, but I chose to spend the little extra money for meds tmso that I may buy local, specifically HY Vee. .
