The Products Premiere 1 sells are excellent quality. Their inventory is always updating and relevant to my Farm’s current needs.It’s evident that the Personnel are Livestock owners. They offer friendly, excellent advice and recommendations. But the best part is…. They ship very quickly. I’m always amazed at that service. I feel that I’m appreciated as a Customer. I’ll be back.

I ordered a 120 Energizer solar charger unit. It worked well at first, then had problems holding a charge. After several rounds of testing, the unit is back up to running full speed. I appreciate the sutomer service people at Premier1, and the rest of the staff that helped out. Altogether, about five different people helped me. If you wory about service after the sale, you do not have to worry about it with Premier1.

These folks have great products. We have been using their equine and poultry products for over 10 years. We recently had storm damage on our Intellashock 120. I emailed them a photo of the unit and within an hour I had a parts list for its repair. Finally a company that stands behind their products. Outstanding products and service, look no further for fencing supplies.

For farmers, we know how expensive vet bills can be. All the veterinarian practices around me won't help with any simple question unless they see the animal first. That can hurt farmers tremendously. I've inquired about thick ears on my ewe. Within a day, I got a reply stating it just looks like she got her head stuck in the gate. Such an easy problem to solve and harmless problem to have. No telling how much money they saved me. Thank you, thank you on behalf of farmers everywhere, we appreciate this more than you know.

Anita in ordering was so patient with me! I’m a first time farmer moving from the big city on Texas starting with solar electric fencing instead of buying permanent fencing that may or may not be in a location that would be optimal. Anita waited to put my order through when I obtained my Ag Exemption, etc!!Premier One has a great team that is truly helpful and not only focused on sales, but what I need!!

Terrible Customer Service: I've spent a couple thousand of dollars over the years getting electric netting, solar battery chargers, etc. When I received a large unsolicited catalog in the mail, I called to inform them that I do not do business with companies that send unsolicited catalogs in the mail. It's a wasteful practice, and I don't appreciate my mailbox turning into a trash can for whoever wants to send you their advertisements. The customer service guy goes on to sound sympathetic before facetiously saying that we should not drive cars or build things. As though my complaint of an unsolicited piece of junk mail had anything to do with his axe-to-grind for what he perceived as environmentalist causes that I must believe in given that I didn't want their catalogue. That kind of behavior is a big nope from me. To equate my issue with some broader social context was really off-putting. I will never buy or recommend from them again. Is this how they treat folks that have spent over 2 thousand dollars with them? As a business owner, I'm stunned by the lack of customer care.

I would like to personally thank Dr. Morrical and Dr. Goelz for giving me the knowledge to help keep my ewe alive and herd safe. I could not find a vet within a 60 mile radius who would even take the time to talk to me let alone come help me, but Dr. Morrical immediately started to help and share his knowledge with me via multiple emails thus leading to a successful outcome. We will continue to be lifelong Premier1 patrons.

Great customer service! I had an issue with an incubator I had purchased from Premier 1 so I emailed customer service. My email was answered the same day and within a week, I had everything I needed to get my incubator up and running. Every product I have ordered from Premier1 has been great and their customer service was fantastic.

I don't leave reviews very often but the customer service I received from Premier made me want to give them a shout out. These folks are truly the experts in the field (pun intended) and I won't trust anyone else with protecting my sweet corn patch. Before you head out to your local big box store, give Premier a chance. I'm so glad I did!

I placed an order and fedex would not drop it off at my house because they said it was a business. I called FedEx and they said they would deliver it tomorrow that it wasn't on the truck. They didn't and they left a message that they would try to deliver one last time. I called FedEx and they told me it wasn't on the truck and they would deliver it tomorrow. I asked why they left two notes saying they couldn't deliver it if it wasn't even on the truck and they couldn't answer me. I spent another 30 minutes on the phone getting transfered around until they hung up on me. I called Premier 1 and they got it delivered the next day. Also I was able to talk to an American at Premier 1 where as FedEx had someone I could barley understand. I thought Premier 1 went above and beyond fixing FedEx mistake and it was greatly appreciated.
