I initially thought that my insurance had been charged for Covid tests I was denied. But, the same day I spoke to a rep there, who assured me that they were delayed due to their shipper, all the tests came in the mail. Thank you, and my apologies to the young man I spoke to. He was very nice, and patient with me.

I like smart strip pharmacy they and make sure my description is ready and they deliver it on time and they respond immediately and they also concern about my prescription is all there and they are a wonderful pharmacy keep up the good work I recommend it to all my friends Thanks smart strip pharmacy

I use Smart Scripts for mail delivery of my medications. They seem to be doing a great job and they're always available by phone. I gave this business 4 stars because they don't have a website to log into, so everything must be done by phone. This is a minor inconvenience for me as I would like to be able to check the status of my medications.

The person who talk to me to switch was a liar he told me they would give my medication in my hand! He said they deliver which is bunch of bull! I would not recommend this pharmacy! They said if the package didn't get there my lost! What ashamed on them!

In the past several months that I’ve been using this company, multiple prescriptions have gone missing, or been received by SmartScripts but never mailed to me until I called to specifically request them. FIVE PRESCRIPTIONS are missing from this month’s shipment, after I was assured they would be included. SmartScripts has unfortunately made it more complicated to take my prescriptions correctly, and this has adversely affected my health. I will find another service.

They are not a good company and when you need to talk to someone to get ther issues solved they will not transfer you to anyone. They blame everything on the other pharmacy or your doctor ell never deal edith them again. If they call and try to solicit your business please run ther other way. This company will not transfer my prescriptions back to my local pharmacy. They are holding my prescriptions hostage. Please do not give this business your prescription
