Our family had the best experience at this store! We switched from Verizon with 4 phones and a tablet. Linda and Justin were so friendly and professional. Their customer service is the best I have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend this store because of Linda and Justin!

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T store, all thanks to Linda! I was dealing with a frustrating issue with my phone and wasn’t sure where to turn, but Linda went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. She quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and got my phone back in working order in no time.
What stood out most was her dedication to ensuring I left completely satisfied. She even gave me some tips on optimizing my phone’s performance, which was so thoughtful! Customer service like this is rare these days.
Thank you, Linda, for turning what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one. You’ve earned a lifelong customer! Highly recommend this store and especially Linda for any of your needs.

Needed to upgrade my phone and my experience with the folks from the AT&T office out by Crossroads was GREAT. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and handled everything needed to set up my new phone and took care of the transfer of data including email. Very pleased with the help and service I received.

Justin, Josiah, and Linda are all excellent employees and amazing people. All 3 were kind, fast, and friendly. I finally made the decision to switch from my old overpriced company to At&t. Justin helped me figure out which plan would be the most cost effective for my needs, and Josiah helped me switch everything over. I had a problem setting up my new watch, and all 3 did the best they could to help me fix my issue. I highly recommend coming and seeing any 3 of the employees. I've enjoyed the customer service so much that I'm convincing my friends and family to maybe make the switch as well.
