“I was driving through town, from Iowa Kiko Goats back home to Minnesota. It was a long drive ahead of me and my car was starting to stall at stoplight. My valuable buck was in the back of my SUV, and I needed work done fast. Brakes plus did a great job Getting my spark plug replaced quickly and with no fuss. It was a small job and they charged me for just a half hour. Thank you to Rob and his team, I would recommend you any day.”

“I broke down while I was driving through Waterloo and had a friend recommend priority one to fix my truck and I called them and he was super nice and gave me the phone number for a wrecker and was gonna try and fix it quickly since I’m from out of town. The tow truck got to me and started my truck right up. So I didn’t need their service but I know they would’ve treated me right .”
“I have always come back to this business because of the great work they do but especially for the extra service excellence like cleaning the car, talking so friendly, and even leaving smelly goods in my vehicle. I was quite saddened to have service this time with no smelly goods, no rear vacuum and then the lady seemed so owlly too. Still we all have rough days.. And the work here is always good quality! But normally I would rate them a 10 star if it were possible.”

Nate got me in within a couple hours to personally hook my car up to a computer to find the issue.
He found it right away. This business had many vehicles waiting to be repaired, but Nate stopped what he was doing to hook my car up to find the issue.
Once the issue was diagnosed, he got me in a day and a half later and fixed the problem for s GREAT price!!

“After getting my alignment appointment with Firestone postponed about 3 times, I was kind of out of ideas of where to go. My parents had gotten work done at Goodyear that apparently led to a premature axle failure, so I did not want to go there.
I found K&S and decided to give them a shot. They did my alignment both times around an hour & were willing to work with my aftermarket camber bolts (some shops will refuse to touch any aftermarket parts). They also helped me figure out the source of an annoying clicking sound in the front end for free. I had replaced the entire front suspension & brakes (literally, everything.)
They said that everything seemed good, but they suspected the strut mount. I ordered 2 OEM replacements and the sound was gone. It is a small shop, but my first time coming in I saw a few police cars getting work done to them. They also were willing to press in my new wheel bearings for a good price (under $60 each) and the alignments are also a good price. Definitely coming here from now on.”

“I broke down tonight with a flat tire and had my 3 small children in the car, when I tried to get my spare tire from underneath the car it wouldn't come loose so I got a ride down about a half a mile to rocky's.he not only found me a decent tire from his personal truck but tried to just give it to me, when the rim wouldn't work on my truck he the helped jack my truck up and took the tire back to his shop and put it on my rim, we made it home safe and sound.he tried to refuse any money but I insisted he take something so at 7:30pm he walked away with $40 GREAT GUY!Service: General repairs & maintenance”
