Place is an absolute joke! Take your vehicle anywhere but there! I’ve never met such a sorry excuse for a business. The receptionist doesn’t have a clue what she is dining in regards to intoxiloc. The owner has zero clue about proper etiquette when dealing with customers and told me my truck needed new lifters, a $3000 job, when it didn’t. Constant issues and will charge you for anything they can. Charged me $50 for a “storage fee” when I was instructed by intoxiloc to park a vehicle in their lot because the receptionist, whom has zero clue what she’s doing, lied and told me my vehicle would start after a missed calibration. A 100% lie.
Beware. Take your vehicles ANYWHERE else!

Was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told i had an appt. at 8am showed up to nobody there and never recieved a call back until 4:30pm. Left my vehicle there waiting for a call and then was told i would be charged a storage fee for leaving my car with no keys even though nobody contacted me back from the voicemail i left.
Update: i was NOT told to leave keys in a dropbox i was told a service center employee would be there by 7:30am at which time i would leave my vehicle and pay for my install as well not to mention i was just literally SCREAMED at on the phone while speaking with whatever shop rep was on the phone…its not my fault intoxalock gave me false information and as a result im being punished
