I don’t remember the last time I shut off a gas pump in mid fill. I sure did here, because it would have taken an hour to fill my tank.

Stopped in on Tuesday to get gas. Gas pumps were not working properly. It took me about 7 minutes to pump 2 gallons of gas. I tried a different pump and the same thing happened. I use the card readers at the pumps and then received fraud alerts on my Wells Fargo account which was locked down because their credit card machines are out of compliance. When I tried to voice my concerns with the clerk in the store she snapped at me and informed me because she didn't work at the store. Normally that wasn't her problem. This gas station should not even be open and probably should be shut down.

Nice little BP at the end of I-380. Currently there is not any public restrooms but it was posted on the doors and windows. The Cashier here is very nice and friendly. The store is very nicely organized and is clean. I got a Coca Cola (the new Spiced variant) which was 2.79 and some Reese’s Sticks which was 3.29. The station does have a fountain machine and some cappuccino/coffee machines. The interior is very nicely decorated and same with the outside. I hope this BP continues to be a great stop for anyone needing gas or some candy/soda here in the Waterloo (IA) area.-Shy_Gun670

Very bad gas station to stop. The pumps are old, these blocked the cards I was using and the resources to take care of your vehicle are not well maintained... Like the one to clean your wind shield. Avoid at all cost.

This BP station is an Upside fuel rebate participant, however they practice bait and switch tactics. I have accepted an offered rebate from them only to have it changed to the lowest rebate offer of $0.01. The rebates I use to make a choice of which station in the area to do business with. This practice has happened with each time I have reported this to Upside. I have given them a chance..I will never do business with them again and I am reporting them to BBB as volation of Iowa advertising laws.

Friendly staff when I went. Outdated pumps, card reader wasn't working had to go in to prepay instead of paying at pump. Gas a little higher than other gas stations in the area pretty often, usually go here for live bait worms.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled. The rest of the store was ok but certainly not up to Normal BP Standards.

Not impressed. Do not recommend. 6Clerk seemed put off that we were there. We stopped at this BP over holidays 3 times as they are on my Upside ap for offering cashback. With Upside I like the perk of getting something back with todays fuel costs. On Upside I claimed $0.14 cashback per gallon, on each visit what was redeemed back to me was only $0.03 per gallon. This has been the only business I have used with Upside that has not honered the claimed offer, and have been using Upside for over a year in multiple cities.

9:30 open, but sign said back in 5mins Waited... Bathroom not clean by any standards. The no prices on anything on the Shelf makes it very inconvenient to make a decision to buy. Owner refuses to put pricing on anything, based on information gathered.
