I was in last week with my family spending quality time with them. The place seemed to be run by teenagers. I go to get an alcoholic beverage, there was no adult around to serve me my drink. The worker goes to look for an of age employee for OVER 10 minutes. Where are the adults and what is so important that they cannot be of service to the costumers? The boy comes back with a man who was sitting outside smoking and on his phone, he was outside before we even entered the building, (I had been there for a little over 20 minutes). Apparently that man was STILL sitting outside and left the teenagers to do all the work for him. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience to have to do his job while serving me. He stuck around for like 5 minutes before he proceeded to disappear once again. I have seen other reviews talking about management not being around when needed. This is not how a business should be run. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to feel like an inconvenience to the employees. DO BETTER!! Will NOT be coming back.

Went here with my boyfriend one day when we were bored. Extremely fun arcade. Fun games. The virtual reality zombie game was the highlight of the trip. They also have laser tag and bowling. Definitely fun place for kids and/or adults. 10/10 would come here again!

Asked for help when we had problems with the Lanes and pins getting stuck all they told us to do was reset the pins....duh already did that. Then they said just continue to bowling it will clear. As we bowl pins won't reset and can't cream the pins. All the guys were doing is cleaning Lanes, didn't want to be bothered. I know it is just for fun..but they should want you to have a good experience.

The workers absolutely do not give a crap about anything extremely lazy we’re walking around with food hanging out of there mouth playing games on the job instead of working

Great place to take the kids. They loved the VR pods. Took a bit to get them set up. Then they got their 30 minutes of play. Staff was available when needed. Great variety of games in arcade.

We were in town for a week and came here almost every night. I'm not much of a bowler, so can't comment on the quality of the lanes, but we had fun and had no complaints. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have both a bar and grill and was bummed that I didn't have a chance to try some of their drinks - they looked yum. Especially loved the arcade - reasonably priced and something fun and different to do

Updated and clean location with more to do than just bowling. Recently my son attended a birthday party here and had so much fun he demanded to come back. We didn't bowl but we spent time in the arcade. On a Tuesday night it wasn't busy and there were plenty of games to play. You have to purchase a game card from a machine to play. They do not have money at the game itself. Multiple card denominations are sold and you can pay with cash or card. Some games are for entertainment only (shooting games, driving games and air hockey. Lots of games dispense "tickets" which are recorded on your card. Tickets can be redeemed for prizes. Price for the arcade was a bit steep. Some games are over $1 a play. And once the kids start choosing games where they are trying to win tickets the money goes fast! Overall playing at the arcade was fun. Something to do every once in awhile.

Paid $44 to do galaxy bowling with 6 kids- a bit expensive, but we can suck that up. Ordered 2 pizzas, 4 kids baskets, and a burger. 1hr later and we are still waiting. The lane next to us ordered after us and got their food over 30min ago. When I went to ask, we were told we were next. 10min later I went to ask and noticed our food wasn't even in the window. Went to talk to manager (I promise- I'm not THAT person who normally does that)- young kid said he was shift manager and would go talk to kitchen. Woman with shorter hair- maybe in her 40s stepped in and said the delay was with the cheese for the nacho machine. I said we didnt order nachos. She asked if she could bring out food as it was ready. I said yes. Immediately we got some of our food. But waited another 15min for our pizzas, which tells me they were never even in the oven. It's been over an hour now and we finally have all our food. She offered us a $20 gift card and I said we don't bowl often. I asked for free food, so now we are getting 2mac and cheese and fries. Bottom line- bowling is fine but do NOT order food. $65 for food that took over an hour and wasn't anything spectacular (not that I was expecting spectacular from a bowling alley).
