I made my order online for a 12 piece bone-in wing and a large pizza. My wait was a half hour! I get there and there is only 11 wings in the box! The dude say I gotta wait again for him to drop one wing lol! I say just give me a discount I ain’t finna sit and wait for one wing after I already waited for 30 mins! He get an attitude and said I just gotta wait! I know it’s only one wing but I paid for it and spent my time to go get it for me and my son! I coulda at least got a couple dollars off smh! I just left the food and went to Pizza Hut!

This place is unclean the entire store is unclean stuff on the floor tissue in the bathroom parking lot a mess trash everywhere trash around the door but they won't hire somebody that wants to work hard they like to hire lazy miserable people

2/18/25 I went to grab a Slice of Pizza around 530 in the Morning' I turned right back around and left because the woman who was working Sneezed and Gave zero attempt to cover her Mouth' she affected all the food back there' (SO RIDICULOUS) I will not get food from there every Again

Talon or Calin? - October 9th 2024- I lost my wallet and he has saved my entire trip! He was very patient with me and so helpful! He even took time to do some extra investigating and found it! I owe you. I apologize if I misspelled your name. It was after 7pm! To the store manager- the 2 guys working this evening are wonderful! (Give em a raise) 😇

I forgot to buy glasses for the solar eclipse. We were told that they sold them at Casey’s. Very last minute during the eclipse the kids and I went in to see if they had any, they did not. The young lady behind the counter gave us her pair and wouldn’t take anything for them. Very kind of her. Our kids loved watching it. Thank you!

Gas station. I got gas but the pump did not print the receipt. Inside, I had to wait a few minutes for assistance. Cashier was abrupt.

Have ordered pizza at this particular Caseys location 4-5 times and out of those 4-5 times my pizza has been made correctly with the toppings I asked and paid for ZERO FREAKING TIMES!!! Inexcusable!!!!!!!!!!! I'll drive out of my way an extra 6 miles and get my pizza at a local pizza shop from now on!!!!!!

Today, I stopped in to get a drink and just sat in awe of how many times the 2 male cashiers exchanged the N word between each other while I was waiting to be rang up and another female customer behind me.This is totally unacceptable in today's society,your workers should be held to a higher standard!

Ordered a pizza last week, got there and it wasn’t even made yet. A week later ordered another pizza with extra mushrooms. They didn’t put any mushrooms on it but added extra sauce, this was even a different worker! Kinda disappointed in this Casey’s, won’t be going there again

Ordered breakfast pizza here this morning and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived to the store 20 minutes later and asked for the pizza. They hadn’t even started making it yet. No apologies or explanation. The two people in the back were horribly rude. They started arguing and one even walked out for a bit. I got told it would be 5 more minutes. When my pizza was done 15 minutes later I asked where the mix up was and got told I needed to not be so rude. Will not be returning to this Casey’s again.

I've come here twice and had these kids mess up the scratch tickets I turned in and didn't care at all you could tell there all stoned out of there mind to the point basic math confuses them what a joke. And on top of that when I order pizza from them they act like I'm inconveniencing them super rude not going back to that place ever again.
