I go to caseys because im from iowa and use iowa based companies. That being said, this caseys is consistently higher priced in gas than the truck stop on the other side of the highway. Loves was 20 cents cheaper per gallon. I will NEVER stop at this caseys again.

I've been coming out this way for years and seriously got tired of the lack of parking at the Love's so decided to park here instead. I'm glad I did. This place is so much better. Much more parking for trucks. Clean and well kept store. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Above all, hats off to the pizza guy cause he's just an all out good person and has a great sense of humor.

Plenty of parking. Gravel lot full of swimming holes to cool off in in warm weather. Showers have seen better days. They have two. Shower 1 will wash all your stuff while you shower. Sprays over shower wall and hoses down shower bag and all my clean clothes. No toilet in shower room. Typical Casey’s with typical food options. Coffee was good. People were nice and friendly. Greeted me every time I entered the building. Now Casey’s isn’t a small organization. So you’d think they invest a little in this place and clean it up. Showers are pretty run down and disgusting.

I think some people are just a little bit too picky. I’ve been here plenty of times and the food is always good and the staff is always friendly.

It's Sunday morning a super huge shout out to Kye (I may have spelled her name wrong) but she works back in the kitchen. She made thee best breakfast pizza this morning..it was fresh and juicy, cheesey full of toppings and great slices. She was nice and professional. I hope they keep her cause she is exactly what that store needs. She got the gift of service and pizza making. I highly recommend getting in on her days and ordering you won't regret it.

Can’t say much about atmosphere due to my arrival time of 5:30 Sunday morning, except they have remodeled a bit since I last visited. Can’t really say much about anything except the new pizza chef…little backstory here-over the course of the last couple years i’ve noticed a serious decline in the Caseys company as a whole. It came to the point of no longer visiting the stores because every time there was a problem-We all know Road Ranger used to be pretty nice, but now they’re on a pogo stick to dying, Flying J, meh, then came Loves with their over priced Loves garbage, which leaves the awesomeness of KT with no parking or Caseys to choose from… Welcome to the Waterloo area!So today, i decided to give Caseys a try to see if this location could redeem the whole company for its Caseysness… pizza is the most popular, and by far the most economical of all the food in the area, so ya gotta do it right, right?Success!Dante the newest pizza chef has a serious passion for his work. He told me that when he sees something new that someone orders, he makes one for himself before he goes home to try… i feel this!!! I would do the exact same thing! heck, i’ve driven trucks all my life, and what do i do on time off? go see places i thought would be interesting no matter how far away they were from home.For Caseys - good hire hereFor Dante - you better post your schedule on the door so people know when to expect greatness… and keep making that crust like you do, because when i opened the box it jumped up and screamed “SHUT UP AND EAT ME!!!”Well Done, Bravo!

It's been a week since our last snow storm and the parking lot for trucks still hasn't been plowed. Fuel Islands covered in snow and no awnsers to why a billon dollar company cant afford a quality snow removal service!
