The online ordering sucks. Told me my pizza would be done at the earliest convenience.no time. When we tried to get Connected to The store we Sat on The phone for 12 minutes no answer.

One of the employees at this location thinks it’s appropriate to bring up his strong political opinions at the check out, apropos of nothing. This has happened twice now. If it happens again I’ll take my business elsewhere.

An automated service for ordering a pizza????? Call was dropped 2x. Then hit 0 for operator and nobody answered. Not hard to take an order over the phone. Great pizza with poor service means I will start going elsewhere. So disappointing can't do anything that is person to person service nowadays.

Drove 7 miles out of way to get the cheap gas ended up costing me 60 cents a gallon extra because they forgot their e85 way not pumping. Until after they charged my cars. Then it took over 20 minutes to pump 8 gallon of gas because they can't reset the pumps until Noone is getting gasoline di better Casey's but I know you wont

I ordered a pizza without meat, however when I got the pizza, there was meat on it. I went back inside and the attendant said he would remake it for me however the manager stepped in and said they would not remake it and if I wanted a pizza without meat, I would have to pay for another one.

The breakfast pizza is pretty good as are the breakfast burritos. The bathrooms could use some attention and that's why this place is only getting 4★

Taco pizza didn't get topped. Paid for extra toppings that we didn't get. The chips we did get were stale. Just be aware when ordering pizza from this Casey's. Cashier was friendly. ***Update*** after talking with the store they remade the order and the effort in the remake is evident. Thank you for making it right.

Casey's general Store on Ridgeway and Waterloo is a nice location. Workers are nice and the shelves are stocked. We stopped in to get some snacks and left with what we wanted. Good coffee too.
