My storages broken into and they never produce the camera

This place is a disrespectful joke they have cameras but my storage was broken Into twice an one week and they are refusing to turn the footage over to police to catch the bad guys this place have been having calls since Feb 24 this year for break an units and they haven't turned over anything to the cops then this last week mines an 17 other people were broken Into and yet the storage unit owner crystal and pat haven't done anything I mean anything crystal says she's on vacation so she not worry about it rite now and really nun she will be able to do when she is back because her cameras that she do have deletes every 24hrs so footage will no longer be available when she's back from vacation so basically crystal and pat have they family members robbing people units after we paid for are things to be safe and sound and there they not trying give no money back no new lock no footage to cops to catch the people don't use them and if you have things there get it out immediately the pics are the first day they broke into and dump everything out n left TV but took other things then came back the next day and took the TV and some other stuff this place is a joke very disrespectful but I'm standing ten thousand toes behind my things and crystal and pat I wish u best and you messy business

Easy access off the highway. Clean and lighted storage facility. The people running it appear to be happy.

There have been mice in my unit and have destroyed several items by chewing through them, droppings and everything smells really bad. Management said it's in contract that they are not responsible. I have had another unit at a different storage facility for over 3 years now and have never had a problem at all.

Easy to get to and not expensive to get a storage unit for storage.
