They completely over book. Took an hour to get my mother in. They are thorough apparently so there's that.

They were hour late for appointment. Had 10 am appointment, wasn't called back til almost 11 am to start. This was for cataract testing that took over an hour as well. We were here well over 2 hrs. Good thing we had an open day.

Terrible experience having lately, i have been here for every long time. But they have bad customer service who spoken through phone, and ladies working in the glasses area was so rude and mean, as well judge you. Not recommend anymore.Need to find a different place. As well, they didn’t treat the way I want it.
