Very accommodating. They were very helpful in getting the type of equipment and assisted me with understanding the operation and how to break down the equipment. I was also assisted with loading the equipment into my vehicle.

The receptionist stared at me like I was an idiot when I asked her a question. Never greeting me by the way. And then when she did not know the answer to my question, I had to gather that myself because she never spoke because the scowl on her face prevented that, she just stared at her coworker co-worker who was just as helpful. You are better off driving the scooter out of Walmart

I've had very good experiences when dealing with Cedar Valley Mobility, friendly, courteous and helpful people, and prices are very reasonable for the Quality you get from the products I have bought.(7 items in past few years, ranging from toilet riser, to wheelchair, bathtub transfer bench etc..)

Cedar Valley Mobility has the poorest consumer relation skills I have run into during my long life. They are to work with people with disabilities and aging people but they treat such people with disdain and as if they cannot make decisions on their own. There are better Home Medical or Durable Medical Choices in Waterloo, IA.The last two interactions I have had with Cedar Valley Mobility have been demeaning and hard on my self esteem as a person with a disability. I only called them the last time because I did not have a choice and during the conversation I was told I could not get the cost of a product without a referral from an agency. I think that is hard to understand. I was not told why they had this policy I was just treated like an idiot by both the phone person and then the manager. Not Good. I might have understood if they would have told me why they had the policy.
