This rating is specifically for the Pharmacist who was working on 08/19/24 @ 6 pm. She was amazingly helpful and kind.
After a week of struggling with another pharmacy in town; not getting the prescription that was necessary after surgery; and After being lied to, treated with disrespect, and told that I was responsible to do their job for them, I wasn't anticipating a better experience in dealing with the Walmart pharmacy, especially after reading some reviews.
However, not only did they have the medication I needed in stock, I had it in my hand within an hour of the doctor calling the order in. The pharmacist also took a great deal of time to help me determine if some of the ingredients in the product were, in fact, ones that I have typically had an allergic reaction to in the past.
I know how swamped pharmacists can get, and I really appreciated the time, attention, and kindness that she showed me. Well done! And Thank You!!!

I want to shout out to Walmart customer Service on the Walmart app I've been waiting since July 16th for my refund of $214.22 and now it's August 4th and I still haven't got a refund I've been patient I've been waiting and finally today I got a hold of customer service again trying to find out what was going on and I finally got on the phone with somebody who understood what I was talking about named HENNA AND SHE GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF IT IT TOOK A BIT BUT SHE DID IT AND I WILL GET MY REFUND FINALLY AFTER ALMOST A MONTH WAITING MY HAT'S OFF TO HER FOR DOING SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB WHICH NOBODY ELSE COULD FIGURE OUT WHY I WASN'T GETTING A REFUND AND SHE FINALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY AND SHE UNDERSTOOD IT AND GOT IT CORRECT SO YEAH I GET MY MONEY BACK THANK YOU.

Just needed to exchange lp tanks. Had to go to customer service, but then had to wait for Jason the mgr??? to unlock the cage. He was great, but the gal working the self checkout....not so much. I needed to pay for tank..she never acknowledged me or spoke at al, but kept up her conversation with co-workers about non work subjects. Walmart, train your employees, require and allow managers time to manage the employees. Retrain, counsel, reprimand, fire!

Lack of store clerks when you need them. Too much automated messages to finally get to a live person if lucky on a good day. Customers illegally park their cars up along side the building with an ‘I own this place’ attitude and disregard for others as many times people driving past the entry ways must stop and wait till parked car is out of way. Quality of service just isn’t what it used to be in ALL AREAs.

The customer service here is always horrible! I can never find anyone to help me...I always have to chase someone down. The bathroom's are always filthy, as well and deli products are left in heating stations way past their "good until" time. I want to be compensated somehow!

The automation of workers is real, and it shows at this walmart. 2 people for 12 self checkout kiosks, anytime after 8pm, expect self checkouts

all self checkouts. AND had to show my reciept
Should give a discount for having to self check out. No open registers. Had to put bagged groceries on the floor since there wasn't any room.
BOO Walmart.... Get a clue
