The people at the local fedex are always so helpful. The corporate 800 help line is absolute trash.

This hub is the worst of the worst. FedEx Waterloo is extremely unreliable. I’ve had multiple packages on multiple occasions that have been out for delivery for several days in a row and they keep ending up back in Waterloo. Don’t ship with FedEx if your business depends on reliability.
