“When my brother-in-law passed away last month, my wife chose Richardson's as they had provided services to her family for over twenty years. Her experience with Paul was not the same as that of Emily and Hernan who attended, but were not in charge of nor financially responsible for the same funeral. My wife was very distraught when her brother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and Paul was very compassionate and able to calm her down and help her process all of the details of planning the funeral that she was responsible for.
