Goodwill Waterloo offers a mix of experiences. While it has huge aisles, good deals, and friendly staff, some customers find the options limited and the parking challenging. The store is easy to navigate, and there are restrooms available. However, the movie section sometimes lacks discs, which can be disappointing. Overall, the warm and personable employees, like the one who welcomed customers during drop-off, enhance the shopping experience.
It just depends on what you are looking for. I'm open and look for what hits my fancy.

This Goodwill is okay. It's supposed to be the better one here but I find that there isn't too many options. The parking here is very weird and not very accessible

Huge isles, good deals, and friendly staff. It is very simple to navigate. The movie section often has movie cases but no Disc, what a ripoff. They also have restrooms.
