I was in this store over the weekend and they need to do something to spruce it up. Nothing on the shelves but junk, very messy and dirty, just like everything else in waterloo.then people who live in that city wonder why they don't have any nice stores or other establishments. Take pride in where you live and where you go to eat and shop.

This Goodwill is okay. It's supposed to be the better one here but I find that there isn't too many options.
The parking here is very weird and not very accessible

Every time I donate good items from storage units, they never end up on the shelves. They sell my donations online instead of selling them cheap to the community I’m part of.

Huge isles, good deals, and friendly staff. It is very simple to navigate. The movie section often has movie cases but no Disc, what a ripoff. They also have restrooms.

Dropped off items on Wednesday morning and was greeted by the best person!! Troy was awesome!! Told us all about his upcoming birthday plans all while greeting us so warmly and chatting with us!! Good job Goodwill you hired an amazing employee!! Happy 40th birthday Troy!!!????? The gentleman inside was very personable and welcoming as well!!
